Some more Nomad Pic's. The on ething that strikes one about this Aircraft is the Whacking great Fin and Elevator set up looks big and it is.

Swung past Taupo Airport this AM Sunday 9th

This GAF N-22 Nomad looks a bit worse for wear. They are a great machine and were made famous in the Aussie TV series the Flying Doctors.

They are so good at what they do that the Indian Masters who Bought Gippsland Aerospace in Australia are putting the Nomad back into production and Air Safari's of Tekapo have sold one of there N-24 stretched veresions to Gippsland to be the flying test bed for the new version. Comes with all the Mod cons Glass Cockpit new engines etc . Can't wait to see what they come up with.

Anyhoo here is some pic's
